One-Stop-Shop for test programs

Since almost 30 years we supply test programs for the systems 3065 and 3070 from HP / Agilent / Keysight to our customers wirldwide. In most cases we provide turn-key solutions which means that we also source the test fixtures that the customer only has a single contact for hard & software. 

We do not build test fixtures ourselves but work either with customer recommended fixturebuilders or decide (in cooperation with the customer) which supplier in Germany or Worldwide would be most suitable for the specific project.

Our services in detail:

• conversion of the layout data for the i3070
• check and creation of library models
• define the probeable positions
• define the position of the DUT on the fixture
• generation of drill & wiring files for the test fixture
• source the test fixture (unless the customer decides to supply/order the fixture)
• once the fixture is ready we debug the test program on our ICT
• if required we implement programming of components
• shipment of the fixture to the customer
• Installation of the test program, statististical treatment to match stability criterias
• if required integration in track & trace systems
• Evaluate the real test coverage or list untested components (format and approach in accordance with the customer)

Upon agreement with the customer some of thes positions can be skipped if the customer want to process them internally.
