Apart of doing complete test programs we sell library generation services!

Therefore we need the following information:

• Datasheet
• Electrical schematics of your application using this component
• Details about the planned test:
  Digital / Analog / Mixed
  Is programming of the component required
  Are there any restrictions from your test system (ressources or missing software options)
  Do you need a generic model or only for this specific application
• Should we debug the model (if yes, can you supply a pcb using this component or a eval-board or even have a test fixture)
• are there specific test time targets to meet

Optional:

• If a ICT test fixture is already available:
  can it be used for the debug and in which time slot
  which ressources had been foreseen for this component (multiplexing)
• Is a sample board available and can be suplied
